Altoona: Join a Team

Praise the Lord, we have tons of beautiful children here at Walnut Creek Altoona! But this means we need A LOT of lovely saints to serve in our Kid's Ministry! Please consider giving of yourself to meet this BIG NEED!
Note: you must be able to pass a background check to serve on this team.

We love to make everyone feel welcome as they enter our doors, and help them get connected to the life of the church. Two options to help:
Greeting - you'll get to say "hi" to each person who comes in and, if they're new, make sure they know where to go and what to expect. Welcome Center - you'll give visitors a gift and help get them connected.

Our refreshments team does the incredibly important work of preparing coffee, tea, and delicious treats for the church to enjoy on Sunday mornings. Join in serving the church in this way!

We value hospitality and want to keep our facilities beautiful, safe, and clean. There's a lot of different ways to help and flexibility to work around what works best for you. Join us in serving those who walk through our doors each week!

Love to worship God through music? Are you an experienced vocalist or instrumentalist? Are you looking to get involved, but you're not quite sure where to get started? We'd love to meet you! We'll schedule a time with you to talk about how you can get involved with one of our worship bands.

We work hard to create an atmosphere that is distraction-free and enhances each worship experience during weekend services. If you're interested in helping keep our Sunday services running smoothly, let us know and we'll schedule a time to chat about where you best fit with our crew!
